Instead of trying to build newer and bigger weapons of destruction, we should be thinking about getting more use out of the ones we already have.

Actually (and this may be a little scary) this thought makes a lot of sense to me.
That is what I was thinking . . . a little scary!
What are you two thinking? We should use peace talks instead of weapons!!
Make Love not War
Sometimes to make peace we have to fight instead of just posture!
Deep thoughts tend to tilt on something that has a double-meaning, or in other words, different meaning's to different people. But this one is true, and applies to more than just weapons.
I think, if he'd just get one of those ergonomic chairs they talk about, and put it behind the desk of the oval office, his posture would improve a bit. Then he wouldn't be so grouchy to France all the time. They have nice chairs in France (the new ones, not the old ones.)
then Dick would be out of business
YOU KNOW WHEN YOU GO TO A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY AND YOU SEE ALL THOSE OLD CARS AND TRUCKS THAT YOU WONDERED WHERE THEY EVER WENT. WELL IN SOME OF THOSE OLD CARS AND TRUCKS THERE ARE OLD WEAPONS THAT CAME FROM THE USA.SO THEY WERE USED FIRST,BY BEING SOLD IN ORDER TO GET NEWER BETTER ONES SO THAT WE CAN BLOW AWAY THOSE COUNTRIES THAT HAVE THOSE OLD WEPONS. ITS THE CIRCLE OF LIFE.
When they lift the embargo, I hope I can go to Havana and find my dad's 1958 Pontiac. My mom left her purse in it, and it's probably still there cause they don't use purses much in Cuba. That's what dad always said. Over and over.
On second thought, they can keep the damn purse.
i have a 1958 Pontiac, but my other car went up my nose.
Yep, lets just use up our nukes, smart plan Jack, won't need an arms race when every square inch of your enemies country has been burned in nuclear fusion.
My goodness, you bring back memories! I remember when my older brother Lamar was just 6, and stuck all four wheels from his little 1967 Fiat Matchbox car up HIS nose, and we had to use one of grampa's pipe cleaners to get them out! That's something to think about, the next time it happens to you.
i was actually making this point to some friends the other day, now i wonder if i read this first and was just repeating what i read of if it was my own original thought. i guess i will never know for shure.
That's ok, Anony Mouse. A little bit of confusion never hurt anybody. (Except, maybe, an air traffic controller.)
or a crossing guard...
I can't help but think of my first day of school, in the first grade, when my best friend Carol Balmsack and I walked to school. there was this beautiful lady in a bright blue shirt! She would wave at us, and we'd wave back. And she'd wave again, and we'd wave back. It was great fun that went on for more than an hour! Then she got in her car and left. Fun? You bet! This would happen morning after morning, and Carol and I would wave until our hands would ache! But I really think they should have had someone to stop the traffic so we could get to school.
Did Carol have a younger brother Harry?......man we gave that guy hell.
I believe it was Rusty. But I'll have to look in the phone book.
