I saw this guy once and the corn maze.Freakin - hilarious
oops - I meant to say . . . at the corn maze.
I see, and does this happen often?
They should make a movie or TV show about those moments...or a radio drama.
You'd think, as often as that happens, we'd be conditioned to duck when we hear a screech. But I guess not.
If you drop some drops into your eye, and they're the epoxy dissolver instead of the allergy kind, don't worry about the others laughing, 'cuz your screaming blindly running around, well, you won't hear them.
While that's true, Mr. Issues, and Lord knows I've done THAT a zillion times, epoxy doesn't screech. I hate to say it, but you're missing the point. But I still can't help letting out a hearty chuckle, just the same.
There's points to any of these?Lord knows I hope not! We hate points... right Oblio? But just out of curiosity, what point did Mr. Issues miss?
Well, Mr. Stoogley, it's quite obvious that Mr. Handey is trying to encourage us to allow our natural curiosity, our unquenchable thirst for knowledge of the unknown, to overshadow our occassional physical discomfort! For example, the beauty of the distant horizon can often help us overlook that we've just broke a nail, or discovered a run in our favorite stockings.Like that.
Well, Ms. Vera, when I was Jungian foolish I might have agreed with you.But I'm a Freud I'm going to have to expose your complexion.I find it endlessly fascinating that people will read their own thoughts and ideas into someone else's words and insist that they're not doing it!The only thing obvious and objective in Mr. Handey's statement is his complete disregard for the well being of anyone except himself.Let's say it together..."sociopath".
But you miss the true genius of his prose! (and, yet, somehow, you've been blindly manipulated by them)It's obvious to those of us who are Certified Massage Therapists and members of the Oprah Book of the Month club that Mr. Handey is writing from the point of the victims of his own musings! Self inflicted logic, if you will.Open your mind, Mr. Stooge Stoogely Said. There's a whole new world out there and it's passing you by! Eating a bit more bran might help you focus. It works for me.
Self inflicted logic... I WON'T!I draw the line here!Open my mind? My mind is WIDE open Ms. Carp. In fact it's quite drafty. Not only do I consider myself open-minded, but also humble. In fact very humble. Why, I am probably the MOST humble person on the planet! You should bow down before my commanding humility. Now if you'll excuse me it's time for another bowl of Fiber One with soy milk.
